My name is Yuriy Finyutin, a working father in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. My wife and I support five children and two elderly parents with very small pensions — a household of nine people. Essential living costs, care for our elderly parents, children's daily needs, and necessary health-related expenses have left our family with approximately US$15,000 in debt. I live with diagnosed neurosis and anxiety symptoms, but I continue working and doing everything I can to support my family. We are not asking for luxury.
